All the accommodation is comfortably furnished with fitted carpets in the sitting rooms and bedrooms.
All units have gas central heating and colour televisions.
The bathrooms have showers over the baths.
The kitchens are fully equipped and have gas cookers.
All linen is provided including towels (but please bring your own for swimming).
Beds will be made up for your arrival.
A high chair is available, also a travel cot, but please bring your own bedding.
Initial supplies of one toilet roll, tea, coffee and sugar bags, salt and pepper, washing up liquid are provided.
There are laundry facilities for guests and an outdoor drying area.
The garden has spacious lawns for relaxing in.
There are folding chairs in the Summerhouse and a barbecue in the ruin of the old Mill Cottage.
There is one off-road parking space allocated for each cottage in the main car park.
Groceries can be purchased from the stores in the village and there are several supermarkets in Chichester.
